Why are they two versions of the application?

There is two versions of the application. One you can download from this website and the other one you can download directly on the App Store. The difference are listed on the download page. Mainly, the App Store version use Apple API to update the app and handle subscriptions while the Direct version use this website and Chargebee.

What are the supported Mac Os version

TickBar supports Mac OS 11 and above (Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura, etc.) for the website version and Mac OS 12 and above for the App Store version.

My tickers don't update!

First, ensure you have the latest version of the app. Then, make sure you're firewall allows you to connect to our API servers (api.tickbar.app).

Privacy

How do you manage my private data?

We don't. Your personnal data stay on your computer and we don't collect any of it.

Subscription & pro version

How do I cancel/upgrade my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Just click on the following linkManage my subscriptionand fill in your email address to manage your subscription.

Go the the bottom of the pro page to request a new one.
